Mr. Backman has represented debtors, creditors and all other types of interested parties in matters ranging from individual Chapter 7 liquidations, to large Chapter 11 corporate reorganizations, to massive out-of-court restructurings. We have separated this practice area from the others involving litigation because litigating insurance claims, particularly claims involving employee benefit plans, involves a special level of care and sophistication.
