Banking, Commercial and Corporate TransactionsOf the tens of millions of contracts into which Americans enter each and every day, remarkably few are overseen by an attorney on both sides. In many cases, this is right because the expense of counsel would outweigh the benefits of his or her oversight. Mr. Backman, who has negotiated, prepared and litigated countless contracts and financial agreements involving a few thousand dollars, on the one hand, and a few billion, on the other, can provide you with the assistance you need to preserve and protect your contractual rights.

Even fewer, however, know what to do when they experience or are accused of such violations.
